Terms & Conditions

SlaqAI (“SlaqAI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI automation and digital services agency. We design and build custom AI automation systems, n8n workflows, AI receptionists, and AI-powered luxury/cinematic websites for small businesses, coaches, and agencies.

SlaqAI does not offer self-serve checkout or fixed packages. Each engagement begins with a free consultation call and is delivered as a custom-quoted project based on the client's specific needs.

SlaqAI provides the following categories of service, scoped individually for each client:

• 01.AI Automation Systems — end-to-end workflow automation for business operations.
• 02.Custom n8n Workflows — automation pipelines connecting a client’s tools, apps, and data sources.
• 03.AI Receptionists — AI-driven call handling, inquiry routing, and appointment scheduling.
• 04.AI-Powered Luxury / Cinematic Websites — custom, animation-driven website builds.

A typical SlaqAI engagement follows this process:

• 01.A free consultation call to understand the client’s needs and identify automation or website opportunities.
• 02.A custom project scope and quote provided based on that consultation.
• 03.Once agreed, the project proceeds according to the payment terms in Section 4.
• 04.Most automation projects are targeted for a 7–14 day turnaround; website and larger projects follow a timeline agreed for that specific project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project, SlaqAI operates on a two-part payment structure:

• 01.50% advance, paid before work begins.
• 02.50% remaining balance, paid before final delivery of the completed project.

Specific pricing, deliverables, and timelines for a project are set out in the individual project proposal or agreement shared with the client, which forms part of these Terms for that engagement.

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, information, content, credentials, and feedback reasonably required for SlaqAI to complete the project on schedule. Delays caused by the client (such as late feedback, missing access, or missing content) may extend the agreed delivery timeline.

Reasonable revisions are included as agreed in the individual project proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. SlaqAI retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

SlaqAI builds and delivers the agreed automation systems, workflows, or website as scoped. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, lead volume, or other results arising from the use of the delivered work.

To the extent permitted by law, SlaqAI's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific project. SlaqAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those arising from third-party tools or platforms integrated as part of the delivered work.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time a project agreement is signed governs that engagement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
