Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project, SlaqAI projects are billed in two parts:

• 01.50% advance, paid before work begins.
• 02.50% remaining balance, paid before final delivery of the completed project.

If a client cancels a project after paying the advance but before any work has started, the advance is refundable, minus any costs already incurred on the client's behalf (if any).

If a client cancels a project after work has started, the 50% advance is partially refundable, based on the portion of work already completed at the time of cancellation. SlaqAI will assess the work completed in good faith and refund the unused portion of the advance accordingly.

The remaining 50% balance is due before final delivery of the completed project. Once the final deliverables have been completed and delivered, the balance payment is non-refundable.

To cancel a project in progress or request a refund review, please email us at hello@slaqai.com with your project details and payment reference. We will review the request based on the work completed and respond promptly.

Where a signed project proposal or agreement specifies different payment or cancellation terms for a particular engagement, those terms take precedence over this general policy for that project.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time your project agreement is signed governs that engagement.
