Shipping & Delivery Policy

SlaqAI provides specialized digital services, custom AI automation workflows, AI receptionists, and bespoke luxury/cinematic website development. Because all products and deliverables offered by SlaqAI are 100% digital, no physical items or packages are shipped.

Delivery timelines are established individually during project scoping and detailed in the client's project proposal:

• 01.AI Automation Workflows & Integrations: Targeted turnaround is typically within 7–14 business days from receipt of initial advance and requisite access.
• 02.Custom Websites & Bespoke Platforms: Delivery milestones follow the agreed schedule outlined in the signed engagement proposal.
• 03.Timely delivery depends on client cooperation, including provision of required credentials, content, and feedback.

All deliverables, configurations, credentials, and access keys are transferred securely via digital channels, including:

• 01.Official email dispatch to the client’s designated point of contact.
• 02.Private code repository access (e.g., GitHub / GitLab).
• 03.Direct staging or production deployment to the client’s cloud hosting infrastructure.
• 04.Live video walkthroughs and digital documentation.

As all services and assets are delivered electronically over the internet, there are zero shipping, freight, or handling fees applicable to any SlaqAI engagement.
